The Toronto Health Qigong Association will be offering a practice location at Cummer Park community centre on Thursdays from 7:30pm to 9:30pm for participants of 2025 Health Qigong exchange in Vancouver and World Health Qigong day in September.

The starting date is: April 3,  2025. 

Cost:  Yearly membership fee: $20
Premise usage: $15 per 3 months.

国际导引养生功联合会首届交流大会
世界健身气功交流比赛
世界健身气功日全球直播

3， 晋级国际健身气功＂段前级位＂及＂段位＂（申请费另付）

4， 为获得国际导引养生功段位及教师资格证书积分。

Purpose:
1, Improve physical health – Reduce pain, improve circulation (cold hands and feet), manage body shape, enhance sleep quality, and support dental health.

2, Prepare for 2025 events:

• The First Exchange Conference of the International Daoyin Yangsheng Qigong Federation
• World Health Qigong Exchange Competition
• World Health Qigong Day Global Live Broadcast

3, Advance to International Health Qigong "Pre-Duan Ji Wei" and "Duan Wei" (application fee paid separately).

4, Earn points toward the International Daoyin Yangsheng Qigong level and teacher qualification certificate.

Time: Saturdays, 1:00 – 2:30 PM
Dates: February 8, 15, 22 & March 8, 15, 22, 2025

Important Notes: 1, Registration is confirmed upon payment.
