(Draft) February 2025 Charter Of The International Dao Yin Yang Sheng Gong Federation Chapter I General Provisions Article 1 Name: The English Name of International Dao Yin Yang Sheng Gong Federation : International Dao Yin Yang Sheng Gong Federation (abbreviated as: DYYSGIF) Article 2 Purpose: Implement the spirit of Dao Yin Yang Sheng Gong of "Four Joys and Eight Mutuals", and be committed to the promotion, popularization, exchange, training of Dao Yin Yang Sheng Gong and the promotion of friendship between peoples of all countries in the world, and a social and non-governmental organization that contributes to the health of all mankind. Article 6 Organize Dao Yin Yang Sheng Gong training. Article 7 Carry out the training of Dao Yin Yang Sheng Gong coaches and referees and the assessment of technical levels. Article 8 Organize International Dao Yin Yang Sheng Gong competitions and exchange activities. Chapter III Organization and Personnel Generation and Removal Article 9 There shall be 1 Honorary President, 1 President, 2 Vice Presidents, 5 Directors, 1 Secretary General, several Deputy Secretary Generals, 1 Director of each Professional Committee, several Deputy Directors of each Professional Committee, and several Consultants. Article 10 The Council coordinates and supervises the work of each office. Article 11 The Council shall be held for five years. If the term of office needs to be advanced or postponed due to special circumstances, it shall be approved by the Council before it can take effect. The Council shall hold at least one meeting each year, which shall be held online or offline according to the circumstances. Article 12 The President, Vice President, and Director shall be elected in equal numbers, and they can be elected if more than half of the members agree. Article 13 The Secretary General and Deputy Secretary General shall be appointed by the Council. The Secretary General shall preside over daily work and organize and implement the annual work plan. The Deputy Secretary General shall assist the Secretary General in handling the daily work of the Association. Article 14 The Association shall have offices: Promotion Committee, Expert Academic Committee, Gongfa Training Committee, Technical Grade Assessment Committee, and Coach Competition Referee Committee. Chapter 4 Duties of Committee Members and Members Article 15 To join the association as a group member, an application must be submitted and approved by the Board of Directors. Article 16 Membership is voluntary and withdrawal is free. Article 17 Comply with the Association's Articles of Association and implement the Association's resolutions. Article 18 Pay an annual membership fee of RMB 500 as required (founding group members are exempt from annual membership fees for life). Article 19 Group members who do not pay membership fees for one year shall be deemed to have automatically withdrawn from the Association. Article 21 Group representatives who have made outstanding contributions to various activities shall be commended and appropriately rewarded. Article 26 The Association shall establish a strict financial management system to ensure that accounting information is legal, true, accurate and complete. Chapter 6 Establishment of "Dao Yin Yang Sheng Gong Day" In order to commemorate Professor Zhang Guangde, the founder of Dao Yin Yang Sheng Gong, and to facilitate the development of Dao Yin Yang Sheng Gong, the Sunday at the end of March each year is designated as "Dao Yin Yang Sheng Gong Day" Chapter 7 Supplementary Provisions Article 27 This Charter shall take effect on the day when it is voted through by the first committee meeting. （草案） 2025年2月吉日 国际导引养生功联合会章程 第一章 总则 第1条 名称：国际导引养生功联合会 英文名称:International Dao Yin Yang Sheng Gong Federation(简称:DYYSGIF) 第2条 宗旨 :贯彻落实 《四乐八互》导引养生功精神，致力于导引养生功的推广、普及、 交流、培训以及促进世界各国人民之间的友谊，为全人类健康事业做贡献的社会民间团体。 第3条 联系地址： 第二章 工作内容 第4条 发展导引养生功事业。 第5条 举办导引养生功学术交流活动。 第6条 组织导引养生功培训工作。 第7条 开展导引养生功教练员、裁判员培训及技术等级评定的工作。 第8条 举办国际导引养生功赛事及交流活动。 第三章 组织机构人员的产生与罢免 第9条 设名誉会长1人，会长1人，副会长2人，理事5人，秘书长1人，副秘书长若干人，各专业委员会主任1人，各专业委员会副主任若干人，顾问若干人。 第10条 理事会协调和监督各办事机构开展工作。 第11条 理事会每届五年。因特殊情况需提前或延期换届的，须由理事会表决通过方能生效。理事会每年至少召开一次会议，根据情况采用线上或线下方式召开。 第12条 会长、副会长、理事实行等额选举，有超过半数委员赞成即可当选。 第13条 秘书长和副秘书长由理事会任命。秘书长主持日常工作，组织实施年度工作计划。副秘书长协助秘书长处理本会的日常工作。 第14条本会下设办事机构：宣传推广委员会、专家学术委员会、功法培训委员会、技术等级评定委员会、教练员竞赛裁判委员会。 第四章 委员和会员的职责 第15条 加入本会团体会员需提出申请并经理事会批准。 第16条 入会自愿，退会自由。 第17条 遵守本会章程，执行本会决议。 第18条 按规定缴纳年会费500元（始创团体会员终身免年会费）。 第19条 团体会员一年不缴纳会费，视为自动退会。 第20条 团体会员的责任：有义务组织该团体会员参加各种活动。 第21条 对各项活动中做出贡献的团体会员、给予表彰和奖励。 第22条 委员的构成 （一）各团体会员代表 （二）入室弟子（自愿） 第23条 委员会议每年至少召开一次，也可采用通讯形式召开。 第五章 资产管理、使用原则 第24条 经费来源 （一）会费 （二）捐赠，赞助 （三）政府资助 （四）开展活动的收入 （五）其他合法收入 第25条 经费仅限于本章程规定的业务范围和事业发展使用。 第26条 本会建立严格的财务管理制度，保证会计资料合法、真实、准确、完整。 第六章 设立《导引养生功日》 为纪念导引养生功创始人张广德教授，更有利于导引养生功事业的发展，定于每年3月末的周日为《导引养生功日》 第七章 附则 第27条 本章程经第一届委员会议表决通过之日生效。 导引养生功《四乐八互》精神 助人为乐、苦中求乐、知足常乐、自寻其乐。 在道德上互敬、在精神上互慰、在思想上互促、在信息上互通、 在功法上互学、在功理上互补、在生活上互帮、在工作上互助。 |
